I agree to some of the words in the picture but not all. Working late doesn't make you a fool, it means u have a deadline to meet up with! And some work requires it. I agree there should be a work life balance and always put your family first, but I don't agree that your boss or client doesn't give a helping hand when you fail. Some bosses are simply amazing!! It all depends on the ethics and values of your company,and the relationship btwn you,your boss and your colleagues.Above all Love your job, the company,and your boss. There is no use waking up to go to an office u dread. Most importantly Love your family.

I don't agree with number 5 at all. leaving the office late does not make you incompetent neither does it make you inefficient This is where you increase and upgrade your skills, there are targets to meet up with. You can have a bit of office romance in the office, hang out with colleagues, and develop relationships with people in your office No one should live for his or her job. Life should be enjoyed not slaved away. Life should also be used PRODUCTIVELY
Nice write up, love, love love it. I agree with you a 100%. But lets be nice to some people that have no life and get compensation with the fact that they are working hard, and staying at work late to satisfy others, and give their life meaning. You should stay late only if your getting paid extra, or if you absolutely need to- Just my opinion.
